1. Chi siamo e cosa sono questi Termini
Shopora è un'app per dispositivi mobili e un sito web (shopora.it) che aiutano a risparmiare sulla spesa: scansione di scontrini e volantini, confronto dei prezzi tra supermercati, un assistente basato su intelligenza artificiale, liste condivise e una community di offerte. Il servizio è gestito da Valerio Fiorentini ("Shopora", "noi"). Puoi scriverci a sophorainformazioni@gmail.com.
Questi Termini regolano l'uso dell'app e del sito. Usandoli dichiari di averli letti e di accettarli. Se non li accetti, non usare il servizio.
2. Requisiti e account
- Devi avere almeno 14 anni.
- Puoi usare Shopora come ospite, con funzioni limitate, oppure registrarti con email e password o con l'accesso tramite Google o Apple.
- Sei responsabile della riservatezza delle tue credenziali e di ciò che avviene con il tuo account. I dati che fornisci devono essere veritieri e aggiornati.
- Puoi eliminare il tuo account e i tuoi dati in qualsiasi momento dall'app (Impostazioni → Elimina account) o seguendo le istruzioni su apishopora.app/delete-account.
3. Cosa fa Shopora e i suoi limiti
- Prezzi e offerte provengono da scontrini caricati dagli utenti, da volantini pubblici e da altre fonti, e vengono letti con sistemi automatici (riconoscimento del testo e intelligenza artificiale) che possono sbagliare. Possono essere incompleti, non aggiornati o non validi nel tuo punto vendita: verifica sempre prezzo e disponibilità in negozio.
- I risparmi mostrati sono stime indicative basate sui dati disponibili. Non garantiamo che tu risparmi una cifra specifica.
- L'assistente AI e i punteggi nutrizionali hanno solo scopo informativo. Non sono consulenza medica, dietetica o professionale: per esigenze di salute, allergie o intolleranze rivolgiti a un professionista e controlla sempre le etichette dei prodotti.
- Shopora non è affiliata, sponsorizzata né approvata dai supermercati o dai marchi citati, che restano dei rispettivi titolari.
4. Contenuti degli utenti e community
- Puoi pubblicare offerte, foto e commenti ("Contenuti"). Ne resti titolare, ma ci concedi una licenza gratuita, non esclusiva e valida in tutto il mondo per ospitarli, mostrarli e trattarli nell'app al solo scopo di fornire il servizio.
- Garantisci di avere il diritto di pubblicarli. Sono vietati i contenuti illegali, violenti, sessualmente espliciti o di nudità, offensivi, discriminatori o ingannevoli, quelli che violano diritti o dati personali di altri e la pubblicità non autorizzata.
- Puoi segnalare un contenuto e bloccare un utente direttamente dall'app. Le immagini possono essere controllate automaticamente prima della pubblicazione; i contenuti segnalati possono essere nascosti in attesa di verifica e rimossi. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere gli account che violano queste regole.
5. Piano Gratuito e piano Premium
- Il piano Gratuito include le funzioni principali, con i limiti indicati nell'app (ad esempio il numero di scontrini al mese e di domande al giorno all'assistente).
- Il piano Premium costa 4,99 € al mese (o il diverso prezzo mostrato al momento dell'acquisto) e sblocca limiti estesi e funzioni aggiuntive.
- L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente ogni mese finché non lo disdici. Puoi disdire in qualsiasi momento: la disdetta ha effetto alla fine del periodo già pagato e mantieni il Premium fino ad allora.
- Su Android e sul web i pagamenti sono elaborati da Stripe; non conserviamo i dati della tua carta. Sui dispositivi Apple, quando l'abbonamento è disponibile, il pagamento e la gestione dell'abbonamento passano da Apple (Impostazioni → il tuo nome → Abbonamenti); per Google Play vale lo stesso con Google. In questi casi valgono anche le condizioni dello store.
- Il diritto di recesso e i rimborsi sono regolati dalla legge applicabile (in Italia, il Codice del Consumo) e, per gli acquisti tramite store, anche dalle condizioni dello store. Per un problema con un pagamento scrivi a sophorainformazioni@gmail.com.
- Possiamo cambiare prezzi e funzioni del Premium: te lo comunicheremo in anticipo e il nuovo prezzo non si applica al periodo già pagato.
6. Uso consentito
Non puoi: usare il servizio per scopi illeciti; accedere ad account o dati altrui; aggirare le misure di sicurezza o i limiti d'uso; estrarre dati in modo massivo o automatizzato (scraping); fare reverse engineering dell'app; caricare virus o codice dannoso; sovraccaricare il servizio; caricare scontrini falsi o manipolati per alterare i prezzi.
7. Proprietà intellettuale
Software, grafica, testi, nome e logo Shopora appartengono a Valerio Fiorentini o ai suoi licenzianti e sono protetti dalla legge. Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva e revocabile per usare l'app; non ti trasferiamo nessun altro diritto.
8. Servizi di terzi e privacy
Shopora si appoggia a servizi di terzi (ad esempio Google, Apple, Stripe, fornitori di intelligenza artificiale e di infrastruttura). Come trattiamo i dati personali è spiegato nella Privacy Policy.
9. Disponibilità e responsabilità
Il servizio è fornito "così com'è" e "come disponibile": possiamo modificarlo, sospenderlo o interromperlo, anche per manutenzione, e non garantiamo che sia sempre privo di errori o interruzioni. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti né della perdita di opportunità derivanti dall'affidamento su prezzi, offerte o consigli mostrati. Nulla in questi Termini esclude o limita i diritti che la legge riconosce inderogabilmente ai consumatori, né la responsabilità che non può essere esclusa per legge.
10. Sospensione e chiusura
Puoi smettere di usare Shopora e cancellare l'account quando vuoi. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere il tuo accesso se violi questi Termini o la legge, o per proteggere il servizio e gli altri utenti; quando possibile ti avvisiamo.
11. Modifiche ai Termini
Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini, ad esempio per nuove funzioni o cambi di legge. La versione in vigore è quella pubblicata qui, con la data di ultimo aggiornamento; per modifiche rilevanti ti avviseremo nell'app o via email. Se continui a usare Shopora dopo l'aggiornamento lo accetti; se non sei d'accordo puoi smettere di usarla e cancellare l'account.
12. Legge applicabile e foro
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore restano ferme le norme inderogabili del tuo Paese di residenza e la competenza del giudice del luogo della tua residenza o del tuo domicilio.

Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what these Terms are
Shopora is a mobile app and a website (shopora.it) that help you save on groceries: receipt and flyer scanning, price comparison between supermarkets, an AI-based assistant, shared lists and a community of deals. The service is operated by Valerio Fiorentini ("Shopora", "we"). You can write to us at sophorainformazioni@gmail.com.
These Terms govern your use of the app and the website. By using them you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Requirements and accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old.
- You can use Shopora as a guest, with limited features, or sign up with email and password or with Google or Apple sign-in.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens with your account. The information you provide must be truthful and up to date.
- You can delete your account and your data at any time from the app (Settings → Delete account) or by following the instructions at apishopora.app/delete-account.
3. What Shopora does and its limits
- Prices and offers come from receipts uploaded by users, public flyers and other sources, and are read by automated systems (text recognition and artificial intelligence) that can make mistakes. They may be incomplete, out of date or not valid at your store: always check price and availability in store.
- Savings shown are indicative estimates based on the data available. We do not guarantee that you will save any specific amount.
- The AI assistant and nutrition scores are for information only. They are not medical, dietary or professional advice: for health needs, allergies or intolerances, consult a professional and always check product labels.
- Shopora is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the supermarkets or brands mentioned, which remain the property of their respective owners.
4. User content and community
- You can post offers, photos and comments ("Content"). You remain the owner, but you grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and process them in the app solely to provide the service.
- You guarantee you have the right to post them. Illegal, violent, sexually explicit or nude, offensive, discriminatory or misleading content is prohibited, as is content that infringes others' rights or personal data, and unauthorised advertising.
- You can report content and block users directly in the app. Images may be checked automatically before publication; reported content may be hidden pending review and removed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Free and Premium plans
- The Free plan includes the main features, with the limits shown in the app (for example the number of receipts per month and of questions per day to the assistant).
- The Premium plan costs €4.99 per month (or the different price shown at the time of purchase) and unlocks extended limits and additional features.
- The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep Premium until then.
- On Android and on the web, payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. On Apple devices, when the subscription is available, payment and subscription management go through Apple (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); the same applies to Google Play with Google. In those cases the store's terms also apply.
- The right of withdrawal and refunds are governed by applicable law (in Italy, the Consumer Code) and, for store purchases, also by the store's terms. For a payment problem, write to sophorainformazioni@gmail.com.
- We may change Premium prices and features: we will let you know in advance, and the new price does not apply to the period already paid.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: use the service for unlawful purposes; access other people's accounts or data; bypass security measures or usage limits; extract data in bulk or automatically (scraping); reverse engineer the app; upload viruses or malicious code; overload the service; upload fake or manipulated receipts to alter prices.
7. Intellectual property
The software, graphics, texts, name and logo of Shopora belong to Valerio Fiorentini or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app; no other rights are transferred to you.
8. Third-party services and privacy
Shopora relies on third-party services (for example Google, Apple, Stripe, artificial intelligence and infrastructure providers). How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available": we may change, suspend or interrupt it, including for maintenance, and we do not guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of opportunity arising from reliance on the prices, offers or advice shown. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the rights that the law mandatorily grants to consumers, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Shopora and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close your access if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the service and other users; where possible we will notify you.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms, for example for new features or changes in the law. The version in force is the one published here, with its last-updated date; for significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using Shopora after an update you accept it; if you disagree you can stop using it and delete your account.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the jurisdiction of the court of your place of residence or domicile remain unaffected.
